I do not know what's better about this cake… it could be the Salted Creme Fraiche Caramel or maybe it's just how moist it came out… either way; my first bite was orgasmic.

Instead of having large chunks of the juicy Persimmons thrown in we have grated them up a bit so that each bite you can taste them.
