If you love tomatoes as much as I do then you are probably just as excited as I am about this recipe.
I love ripe, fresh tomatoes from my garden and I also like mozzarella and cheese so with both of these fresh ingredients combined – with loads of herbs I may add – you are left with something incredible.
When finished this Tomato Pie tastes just like a pizza but with tons of gooey-rich cheese inside.
Think of it as a vegetarian version of a Pot Pie… But better.
