I forgot to mention that there was no cooking involved in this recipe! That honestly makes it even easier to quickly prepare to take to a gathering or to enjoy at your own dinner table. It keeps well in the refrigerator so I like to make a little extra to snack on for the next few days. I find that the cucumbers really absorb the dressing and will surely make your taste buds explode, so make it the night before and it will be that much better!

I sure hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do, so tell us about it! What is your favorite cucumber salad recipe?
