Steak is one of those meals that most people consider a treat. For many, it is not an everyday meal but an every so often meal which means that when you cook it, ya better cook it right!
Yet with so many different regions and cultures that do things differently is there really one correct way to cook a steak?
One way I have seen a lot of people cook their steak is to brown it on each side and then let it cook low and slow to cook the center of the meat until it has reached its desired tenderness.
But what if I told you there was a better way to do it? Keep reading for a new way to look at cooking steak to achieve that optimal degree of tenderness.
THIS IS GROSS!! It’s not healthy to eat raw meat. People get sick and die from that. Ugh!!
THAT LOOKS PERFERCTO TO ME THE ONLY WAY TO EAT STEAK
Thank you
And with it cooked that way you might as well butcher the cow and start eating it..don’t wont no cow blood..
Raw meat does not digest in the stomach it rots
Last night’s dinner:
Rib eye steak (med-rare), with sauteed mushrooms and a red wine reduction sauce, garden salad and baked potato with sour cream.
Or can also cause liver problems.
Too raw for me. I like medium-well.
