
Use Parsley or a little cilantro as garnish to put around this dish. You can also serve this with a nice thick dinner roll. You do not want to lose out on all the flavor in the sauce.
The Ingredients To Gather Up:

1 lb ground round
-
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

2 egg yolk
-
1 salt
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1⁄4 onion, thinly sliced
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp butter
-
1⁄2 cup heavy cream
-
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-
1 black pepper, freshly ground
The Directions To Cook:
- Prep 10 min Cook 20 min Ready 30 min
- In a medium bowl, mix together beef, cheese, egg yolks, salt and pepper and form into 6 patties.
- Heat 2 tbls butter in a heavy skillet over medium high heat, brown patties on both sides, reduce heat to medium and cook until juices are pink.
- Remove patties and cover with foil.
- Add oil, 1 tbls butter and onion to the pan and cook over medium heat until onion is golden brown.
- Add cream and vinegar and cook on low 2 minutes.
- Pour sauce over patties and serve.
Finished!
Of course if you really wanted to you can put these patties on a bun but why bother taking away from the delicious taste?
You can serve this on top of some Buttered Egg Noodles or serve this as is.
