Rolled In Cinnamon & Sugar These Golden Fried Churros Couldn’t Get Any More Addicting

These amazing Churro's make enough for four servings but if you want plenty more for everyone to enjoy, you can double or even triple the ingredients. This recipe uses a teaspoon of cinnamon but if you like a lot, feel free to add as much as you want.

It takes ten minutes to prepare and about ten minutes to fry so you can be enjoying this delicious Mexican dessert in no time!

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup  flour
  • 2 quarts oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. In saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil.
  2. Bring to boil remove from heat.
  3. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
  4. Heat oil for frying into 375 degrees F.

The Additional Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Use a pastry bag to put the dough into the hot oil in the fryer.
  2. Fry each one until the churros are golden.
  3. Allow them to drain on a paper towel.
  4. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Roll each churro into the mixture until well coated.
