S’mores Get an Update With This Indulgent Pie Version

Here's everything you need for this decadent s'more pie. The three indulgent layers blend together perfectly!

Ingredients to Gather

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup sugar
6Tablespoons melted butter
MARSHMALLOW CREAM FILLING
28 large marshmallows
½ cup milk
8 ounces cool whip, thawed
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
½ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup heavy cream
TOPPING
graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Directions to Follow

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar and mix well. Add melted butter and mix until it is well blended.
Press into a 9 inch pie pan and bake for 7 minutes.
Cool completely.
In a large microwavable bowl, combine marshmallows and milk. Heat on high for 30 second increments stirring in between each increment until melted and smooth.
Add salt and vanilla and stir well. Cool completely.
Add cool whip and stir until well blended.

After this, pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Now, make the ganache. To do this, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a small microwaveable bowl, and then heat on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Heat until the mixture has melted and is smooth and then let cool for 10 minutes. When it's cooled, carefully spoon it over the top of the pie in an even layer. Finally, sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the top of the pie and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
