My guilty pleasure on savory and salty snacks are sunflower seeds or pistachios. This dish however, tips the scales and is actually a lot more healthier and flavorful. When finished the Chickpeas have a slight crunch to them which makes it perfect for any snack like occasion.
If you are a late-night snacker like myself then this is perfect to have on-hand… (no pun intended).
Here Are The Directions For This Highly Addictive Little Snack!
1. Drain a can of chickpeas. (You can use any kind that you want).
2. Mix together: 1 TSP Cumin, 1/4 TSP Garlic Powder, 1 TSP Paprika and 1/4 Salt.
3. Coat the Chickpeas in 1 TBS of Olive Oil.
4. Throw in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes. (Depending on the crispiness you like).
I love bringing these to the movie theater to snack on instead of popcorn or throw in a bagged lunch for a quick and energizing addition to your meal.

Did you see how simple that was? Now that you get the basic idea, you can experiment with different spices, or just use salt! I like garlic salt and onion powder myself. You can even make these into a sweet treat by using cinnamon cocoa, and even a bit of vanilla extract in the mixture.
