Biscuits are such a versatile menu item they can be used in practically anything from breakfast foods to side dishes at dinner time to even desserts that are simply mouthwatering! With a few tweaks of a recipe, you can have them any way you so desire.

For this recipe, however, we are taking it back to the South. A place where biscuits reign supreme and entire meals are planned around this food item.

So let's talk breakfast. A staple in any southern kitchen, or any kitchen that has had the pleasure of eating this delicious dish, is the age old biscuits and gravy.
