I'm often told by friends that live in colder climates that I'm really lucky. Not because I live close to the beach, or that the sun is shining everyday, they say I'm so lucky because I can fire up my Barbecue pretty much any day I want. Well, I think I'd have to agree with them.
The wonderful thing about having the ability to BBQ many days out of the week is the creations I'm able to explore that I might not otherwise be able to, especially if my BBQ opportunities were more limited. Ribs, Steaks, Chicken, Vegetables, it really is amazing how many different ways you can make the same old meals over and they never taste the same!
In this article, I'm going to share one of my most recent favorites: A take on the traditional style BBQ, with a hot and tangy twist. More importantly, let me tell you… it's absolutely delicious!
