The saltiness of the soy and the acidity in the mustard pair well with the sweetness of the maple syrup. This is the perfect flavor profile for some yummy pork tenderloin.
Let's Get Started…
Things You Will Need:
- 2 Pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce
- 1 TBS yellow mustard
- 2-3 TBS maple syrup
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS dried onions
- 1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt
How To Prepare:
Throw all of the above mentioned ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for eight to ten hours, or on high for four to six hours.
Finished!
Note: You can try searing the meat before putting in the crock pot. This helps lock in the moisture during the slow cook process.
Enjoy!
