It’s my crockpot I’ll do what I want with it.
But seeing the recipes for chocolate crack that melting morsels and storing in nuts is a microwaves job.
Brown meat first, don’t lift lid during cooking, submerge meat in liquid to cook it faster, use cheaper cuts of meat because meat like chicken breast can get tough cooked a long time, all recipes are different don’t just use same time and temperature.

I browned meat before adding it with broth an it was still tough after 10 hrs! Ended up in it cooking for 2 days before it got tender, then ended up making a stew from it.
