1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. bottled chipotle salsa, divided
1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1 3/4 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 large eggs
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

That meatloaf don’t even look good. Too much filler and not enough ground beef, lol.
