    3 cups cucumbers
    ◾3 Roma tomatoes

    Have you ever tried “seeding” your cucumbers?? Works for me, cut in half length wise – take a teaspoon and scrape out the seeds. The seeds are what I couldn’t handle. Be curious to hear how you make out because it really is a delicious salad.
