In the sauce you show mayo, pickle relish & a pinch of sugar. What’s the red? Ketchup or bbq sauce? I’m thinking ketchup.

The cheese is not american cheese as we know it, they make is at Schreibers in Logan Utah, I was told that by an employee, and I used to live across the street from Schreibers in Logan Utah, thanks for the comments.

Have you been to o Burgers? There is one on the north side of Hall rd just west of Romeo Plank. It is the closest to IN- n- OUT I have found in Michigan. Fresh meat, cooked after you order, fresh cut fries, seasoned. Single, double, triple
