These sausage and pepper skewers make enough to serve about four people but if you are making them for a party or just want to enjoy leftovers you can always double or even triple the ingredients. If you want to add a little extra kick to these you can use spicy Italian sausage.
They only take twenty minutes to prepare and about fifteen minutes to grill which means your guests won't have to wait long to taste this incredible meal.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 4 Italian sausage links
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 large red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
1. Soak eight 8-inch wood skewers in water for 20 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
2. Thread sausage, peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating sausage, peppers, and onion.
3. Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until sausage is cooked through and peppers are blistered, about 13 to 15 minutes.
