Go into 1. Took 3x’s to get a simple plain cheeseburger. Even the Manager in my town…bread.cheese.bread. I asked “is this a joke?” 2nd.try..bread. mustard.bread. 3x’s everything came dbl’d still no meat..and I was inside. 4 people walked out. I asked for my $ back. They were gonna keep 1.06,for the drink. When I asked for the corporate #. Than,and only than,he apoligized. Wanted to give me cookies. Are you kidding me.
Look into it..most are recovering addicts. And good for them. But asking for 15$..is wrong

Maybe you folks that think these jobs are for kids need to actually see the employees these businesses have working for them. And not just fast food, food workers in general. There are MANY adilt working in kitchens, cafeterias and other commercial and institutional kitchens and food prep and VERY FEW of them make $15 an hour.

I hear you…I do have a bit of a problem with an individual making 15 per hour at MD when I know individuals with master’s degrees making 16 an hour as therapists…does not seem right to me

Hey, that was me years ago. As a therapist, if you have a license, the way to go is private practice or state/govt. Non profits pay 30k a year. Therapists can make 3+ times that amount but must be licensed. I agree – professions like teaching, social services, and even police officers in some states shouldn’t make 30k per year!
