Nothing is more addicting than Cheesy Mashed Potatoes. This delectable side goes with just about anything and can be made as the main course.
However, what I hate about cooking potatoes is that they take awhile to do and it always leaves a big mess to clean up.
One day when I was looking to cook dinner in a rush, I put all of the ingredients for mashed potatoes and cheese together. Because my day was so hectic I impulsively threw everything in my crockpot and hoped for the best; surprisingly; it came out really good!
When you make Cheesy Mashed Potatoes in a crock pot it tastes 100 percent better! This dish is really hard to mess up.
Once they are done cooking you do not need to add everything together and mash it down; all you do is stir and serve!
