The Perfect Burger Blend: If You Want To Make The Perfect Hamburger Patty You Need To Add This In!

This homemade burger recipe makes enough for six burgers but if you are making them for a party, you can just double or triple the recipe. This recipe uses different kinds of beef, but you can use chicken, turkey or any other meat combination that you like. If you don't have a meat grinder, just ask them to grind it for you at the meat counter.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1½ pounds beef chuck
  • ½ pound beef brisket
  • 6 ounces beef short ribs
  • Kosher salt
  •  pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for greasing
  • Buns and toppings, for serving

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Using a meat grinder with a medium die, grind meats into bowl. Using your hands, mix meat until incorporated, form into six patties. Season both sides with salt, pepper.

2. Light a grill. Grease the grill. Cook burgers, flipping once, until charred, medium rare, 4 – 5 minutes per side.

Serve & Enjoy!

These homemade burgers are so good you may never make them any other way ever again. Have you tried this burger recipe yet?

The butcher will almost always ground anything for you for free. Pick a steak you like, and have it ground….much better than hamburger which contains meat from who knows how many animals.
