This incredible Queso dip makes enough for about ten to twelve servings but if you are having a large party, you can double the ingredients to make more.

It takes about an hour to be ready in the slow cooker but the delicious smell will have your mouth watering and maybe even drooling before you even try it!

The Ingredients To Gather: 

  • 1 pound Velveeta, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce, such as Frank's Red Hot or Cholula
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Place the Velveeta, milk, and hot sauce in a 1 1/2-quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on the LOW setting until the Velveeta is completely melted, about 1 hour.
  3. Whisk until smooth, then turn the slow-cooker setting to WARM if your slow cooker has that setting.
  4. If your slow cooker doesn't have a warm setting, leave on LOW uncovered to keep the dip warm without burning.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips and toppings.
