 Picture the following on a bed of rice with a little soy sauce. Slice it thin, place a few warm vegetables on the side and enjoy!

The Ingredients To Gather 

•2 pounds flank steak
•1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
•1/2 cup soy sauce
•2 tablespoons honey
•2 tablespoons white vinegar
•1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
•1 teaspoon garlic powder
•1 green onion, finely chopped

The Simple Step-By-Step Directions To Follow 

1.Combine flank steak with all other ingredients in a large freezer zip bag. Marinate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

2.Heat grill and barbecue steak until desired doneness.

3.Cut steak against the grain in thin slices.

•If you are preparing this recipe as GLUTEN-FREE, just be sure to use a brand of soy sauce that is known to be GF.

The above yields six servings and the preparation time is about ten minutes plus marinating time. The cook time is ten minutes – if you can wait that long!
