This amazing goat cheese stuffed burgers make enough for about four servings. You can always double or triple the ingredients if you want more to enjoy again. This recipe uses brioche buns for more flavor but you can use any kind of hamburger buns that you like. The burgers take four to five minutes to cook on each side.

- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup goat cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons mayo
- 4 brioche buns
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Divide beef into 4 equal, 1/2 pound portions.
- Flatten beef into small discs, divide goat cheese between burgers, placing cheese into center of discs.
- Form beef into small balls, closing off corners, sealing in cheese.
- Reshape beef into burger patties.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper.
- Heat pan over medium heat, split buns, toast each halve until golden brown.
- Heat cast-iron pan over medium-high heat, melt butter.
- Fry burgers 4 – 5 minutes per side, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
