The Secret Ingredient That Everybody Should Have Been Adding To Their Bologonese Sauce Years Ago

This Bologonese sauce makes enough for about five servings but you can double the ingredients if you want plenty left over to enjoy again. It takes ten minutes to prepare and an hour and ten minutes to cook. It will smell so good that your mouth will be watering long before you get to try it!

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package of diced pancetta
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 package of tagliatelle pasta
  • 1/4 cup table cream
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

 1 Chop onion, carrots, celery,  garlic. Add olive oil to  pan over medium heat, sauteé vegetables, 4 minutes.

2 Add  pancetta, ground beef to  pan. Cook  5 minutes until brown, stir meat,  veggies together. Pour wine into pan, cook until evaporated.

3 Add tomato sauce,  cook over medium-low heat, 1 hour.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

  1. Bring some water to a boil, and toss in a little bit of salt and some olive oil.
  2. Put the pasta in your pot of water and allow it to cook for about ten minutes or until done.
  3. Stir in the cream and allow it cook for approximately  10 minutes or so.
  4. Combine the pasta with the sauce and allow it cook until well incorporated.
  5. Add some Parmesan to complete the dish.

    Maybe the cream is the secret ingredient. Don’t normally add cream to spag bol. I don’t add pancetta either.
