The Secret To Finger Food

Yogurt Based

Start with plain yogurt as your base and decide what kind of flavor you want. Adding a squeeze or two of lemon will bring out the flavors. Throw in a chopped herb such as cilantro or dill and then add spices until desired flavor is reached. If you like texture, add in some beans. Some of my favorite combos to add in are: 

Dill + lemon + salt + garlic powder

Cilantro + sriracha (or any hot sauce) + onion powder

Chives + celery salt + lemon

Black beans + cilantro + hot sauce
