The Secret to Trader Joe’s Success Is In These 5 Facts

Where I live there is no Trader Joe's. There is one about 45 minutes from my home, however, the thought of driving in interstate traffic, only to get off the interstate and battle the college town traffic that is there all to go grocery shopping (which is in the top three LEAST favorite things to do) just doesn't seem like anything I would want to do. Yet, I have friends who live in major cities across the United States and all they do is post things on every form of social media about their weekly shopping trip to Trader Joe's. They all flock there in a cult-like fashion raving over all of their delicious finds that you cannot locate anywhere else. So I broke down and made the trip and I will say…I was converted.

While the distance I have to drive still prevents me from shopping there on a regular basis I can see why its customers love it so much. From the clean stores to the friendly knowledgeable staff  it really was a shopping trip to write home about.

While I was impressed with the product and the presentation I am not one to look no further. I wanted to know more about the store and it's business doings. Are they truly as wholesome as they seem or are their business dealings less than favorable? As I dug into various articles what I found was surprising. So let's take a look at some of these little-known facts about Trader Joe's.
