Chicken Fried Steak makes me think of spending time with my grandpa. This was his go to meal whenever we ate at a greasy diner. Every summer he would take me on an adventure. We'd hop in the motor home and travel to caves and learn about stalagtites. We took a train to the Grand Canyon and watched people ride donkeys. All along the way, we'd stop in at diners and refuel on grub that reminded you of something grandma would make — good old fashion comfort food.
