Pork Tenderloin is a hard recipe to make because you have to get the temperature right and more importantly you have to get the seasonings EXACT or else it will come out unflavored to worse (too much flavor, bleh)!
This recipe is perfect to follow because of the unique seasoning and cooking directions. Tenderloin is one of those dishes where you have to be super careful on how you prepare it but when you try it this way you can confidently get creative.
Our method makes it super tender, juicy and man does it ever hold that flavor – it was incredible. I didn't even need my knife to cut through this tenderloin. The meat was so juicy and that sauce it made was to die for.
It could be the way we cooked it or the way we specially seasoned it. I couldn't imagine making Tenderloin any other way after trying it with this.
