Asiago-Crusted Pork Chops

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup Asiago cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 2 teaspoons thyme

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Place pork between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; pound to an even thickness.

2. Place egg white in shallow dish. Combine panko, cheese, salt, pepper.

3. Dip pork in egg white; dredge in panko mixture, coat.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat your oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook pork chops 4 minutes per side.
  3. Squeeze a little bit of lemon on the pork chops and add the thyme.
