The ribs have to marinade in all those incredible flavors for about eight hours. These ribs take about two and a half hours to cook but once you try that first amazing bite, you will forget all about how long it took to make them, they are just that good!
Let's Get Started…
The Ingredients To Gather:
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 slabs baby back pork ribs
- 2 limes
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients
2. Rinse, pat dry.
3. Rub with limes. Massage ginger mixture into meat. Wrap, chill 8 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before grilling.
4. Light 1 side of grill, medium-high, leave other side unlit. Stack 1 on top of the other.
5. Grill, covered, 40 minutes, move bottom to top, grill 40 minutes, move bottom to top; grill 40 minutes.
6. Lower temperature to medium, unstack , place side by side. Cook 30 minutes, basting with half of Sauce. Let stand 10 minutes.
