These Beefy, Cheesy Enchiladas Are What True, Homemade Mexican Food Tastes Like

This enchilada recipe makes enough for about five servings so if you want plenty left over to enjoy again the next day, you can always double the ingredients. If you want your enchiladas a little extra spicy, you can use green sauce instead of red. You can also top these with your favorite toppings for your extra flavor.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1can green chiles
  • 1 package tortillas
  • 1 1/2cups Cheddar cheese

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1 Heat oven to 375°F.
2 Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 – 7 minutes,, drain. Stir in 1/2 cup sauce, chiles.
3 Spread 1/2 cup sauce in dish. Spread 1/4 cup beef mixture on tortilla; sprinkle with cheese. Wrap tortillas, placing seam side down. Top with sauce, cheese.
4 Bake 20 – 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
