This recipe makes enough for about eight servings but if you want plenty leftover, you can always double the ingredients. The ribs need to marinate in all those delicious spices overnight and then they take about two to two hours and five minutes to bake. Once you try it, you'll forget all about how long you had to wait!

The Ingredients To Gather:
2 racks ribs
Dry Rub:
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1½ tsp paprika
1 TB kosher salt
1½ TB ground black pepepr
½ tsp cayenne
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Sauce:
9 oz your favorite honey BBQ sauce
¼ cupcranberry sauce
1-2 TB liquid smoke
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Dry racks of ribs with paper towels. Make slit down middle of rib membranes pull,remove membranes.
Combine dry rub ingredients, whisk to combine. Pat, press dry rub onto both sides of rib racks. Tightly wrap each rack of ribs in foil, individually. Place in single layer on baking sheet, let sit in fridge overnight.
Preheat oven to 300F. Bake foil-wrapped ribs, 2 hours.
Remove ribs, let cool enough to handle, remove foil. Discard juices. Combine BBQ sauce, cranberry sauce, desired amount of liquid smoke. Brush ribs generously with sauce. Broil 5 minutes or just until tops are nicely browned. Watch carefully. Slice, serve warm.
