These Garlic Chicken Curry Thighs Were Over The Top & The Yogurt Sauce Was The Perfect Added Touch

This delicious chicken recipe will serve six people and, over all, will take about three hours and thirty minutes from beginning to serving your family or guests.

Here Is What You Need…

Ingredients To Gather: 

• 12 cloves Garlic
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons curry powder
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 12 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

The Directions To Follow: 

  1. Mix garlic, oil, curry powder, 1 cup yogurt, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup water in a large bowl.
  2. Working in batches, add chicken thighs and turn to coat, using your hands to rub marinade under skin of each thigh.
  3. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag, chill at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Position a rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 425°F. Transfer marinated chicken, skin side up, to a 13×9″ baking dish.
  5. Roast chicken until skin browned at about 35 minutes.

Just a note – If the chicken start to burn be certain to move pan to a lower rack to finish cooking. When done, please transfer the chicken to your favorite serving platter.

You can then whisk lemon juice with about a quarter (1/4) cup of pan juices and remaining yogurt. If too thick add more pan juice then serve sauce with chicken.
