These Garlicky Pizza Knots Make Really Good Appetizers & They’re Hella Easy To Make!

Here's everything for these enticing pizza knots. Feel free to experiment with the filling just as with the toppings on pizza.

Let's Get Started Shall We?

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2/3 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. mini pepperoni
  • Marinara, warmed (for serving)

Directions To Follow:

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and then greasing a 10-inch skillet with olive oil or cooking spray. Next, combine the butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley and Parmesan and whisk together. Now, cut each of the biscuits in half, and then roll into a thin rectangle. Brush each biscuit piece with the butter mixture and then lightly sprinkle in the mozzarella and pepperoni. Seal the dough by rolling it and pinching the sides together, and then tie the dough in a knot. Next, place the stuffed knots in the skillet and then brush the rest of the butter mixture onto the dough and sprinkle more mozzarella and pepperoni on top. Finally, bake until the cheese has melted and the biscuits are completely cooked. This should take between 15 and 20 minutes. Serve while still with along with the marinara sauce.

We just love this savory, creative take on one of our favorite foods. These pizza knots are one of our favorite appetizers, whether we're just craving a snack or we need something to satisfy the whole crowd when we're having friends over.
