These Marshmallow Brownies Are So Amazing, They Might Be The Best Brownies We Have Ever Had!

This recipe makes enough for about five dozen tiny brownie pieces so there should be plenty for everyone. They take a few minutes to prepare and about twenty-five to thirty minutes to bake. They will smell so good, you'll be drooling before you even try them!

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather Are:

4 squares  unsweetened baking chocolate
2 sticks salted butter
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Marshmallows (enough to cover the pan)
 frosting:

2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 stick salted butter
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup milk
12 marshmallows

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Grease baking pan, heat  oven to 350° F. In  top of  double boiler, melt chocolate, butter together. Cool. Beat  eggs, sugar well, beat in  chocolate mixture, vanilla extract. Add  sifted flour, nuts,  stir until just combined. Pour into  pan, bake 25 – 30 minutes.  Quarter enough marshmallows to cover top of  pan.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

As soon as your brownies are about done baking, you can make your frosting. Start by melting your chocolate marshmallows and your butter in the very top of your double boiler. Then put in the sugar and milk and beat the mixture until it is nice and smooth. Take your brownies out of your own and place the marshmallows over top right away along with your frosting and spread it until nice and smooth. Male sure they are cooled off entirely before you slice each one into small pieces.

Enjoy!
