These Oreo Stuffed Brownie Cookies Are Almost Too Good To Be True!

Here's everything you need for these tantalizing treats. Feel like mixing things up? Then substitute Halloween Oreos for the regular kind. They are a little darker in color and a tad sweeter.

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 18.25 ounce box brownie mix (JUST the dry mix)
  • 2 eggs
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 Oreo cookies

Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Use an electric mixer to beat all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and place an Oreo on top of it. Scoop a second tablespoon of dough on top of the Oreo. Gently press and flatten the dough around the Oreo. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and repeat with the remaining dough and Oreos.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.

For best results, let the cookies cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the baking sheet before placing on a wire cooling rack. Also, to give these cookies their distinctive crackled tops, tap the baking sheet lightly on the counter after taking it out of the oven. This releases some of the air from the cookies and gives them their unique appearance.
