The Ingredients To Gather:
- 3 racks of pork ribs
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 5 garlic cloves
- Salt
- pepper
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Season ribs with salt , pepper, place inside zip lock bag.
- Mix pineapple juice, sugar, rice vinegar, mashed garlic.
- Pour into bag, close, let marinate 1-2 hours.
- Remove ribs from mixture, save liquid. Turn grill on high.
- Cook 15 -20 minutes on each side. Use brush to moisten with marinade.
