It seems like a logical thing, we’ve heard about breakfast burritos before, so why not breakfast enchiladas? And these fillings! We can practically smell the eggs, cheese, bacon, and sausage … then can we top them with a little green sauce, sour cream, and diced tomatoes?
Oh yeah, is this good! But just how good was it, really? How about – incredible!
And what a nice presentation, all lined up in their pan, topped with cheese … Did we mention we love cheese? Top ‘em off with some bacon bits before cooking and we are in Heaven, my friends!
By the way, if you like sweetness with your breakfast, there is no law saying you can’t top these enchiladas with a little honey or syrup.
