These Tender & Juicy Beef Tips Were Simmered In Some Rich Gravy & Then Poured Over A Bed Of Rice

These flavorful beef tips make four to six servings but you can always double the ingredients if you want plenty of leftovers. They take only five minutes to prepare and about seven hours and five minutes on your crock pot's low setting.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1  packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with 1 Tablespoon water
  • Optional:
  • Egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Combine cream of mushroom soup, gravy mix, beef broth, onion, garlic. Whisk together.
  2. Place your stew meat into t crockpot. Pour gravy mixture over beef,  gently stir to combine. Cook covered on LOW for 7 hours.
  3. Remove beef with a slotted spoon,  set aside. Stir in cornstarch/water mixture.
  4. Replace beef back into crockpot, continue cooking for 5 more minutes while gravy thickens.
  5. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
