These Thick, Juicy, Herb-Rubbed Pork Chops Are Incredible!

Great meal for all family members to share, once you start once, you will not be able to stop yourself! I will tell you in advance that you will not be having any leftovers tonight!

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 4 thick-cut pork chops

  •
1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning, or to taste

  •
1/2 cup butter, divided

  •
2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, or as needed

  •
1 tablespoon dried basil

  •
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules

  •
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  •
2 cups milk

Instructions To Follow:

  1. Sprinkle some Montreal steak seasoning over the pork chops.
  2. Put the pork chops in a pan and cook it to be a medium by using melted butter or Olive Oil (so about 8 minutes on each side).
  3. Put the rest of the butter or Olive Oil and you should have enough drippings to collect for the sauce. Set pork chop aside.

The Sauce That Will Have You Licking Your Fingers:

  1. In a bowl, stir beef bouillon, flour and basil.
  2. Add black pepper and the dry mixture (above) in the same pan.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Finally add milk and mix well until the mixture gets creamy.

A great side dish with this epic pork chop entrée is mashed potatoes! You can choose to add few mushroom slices next to it as well since it will compliment the mashed potatoes and sauce together. Don’t be afraid to pour some leftover sauce on top of the mashed potatoes because they will taste amazing!
