This Artichoke Dip Stuffed Bread Is So Fantastic And Is The Perfect Appetizer

This recipe uses two  baguettes  but if you want more, you can always double the ingredients. It takes a few minutes to prepare and about twenty-five to thirty minutes to bake. You'll want to dig right in!

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

   

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
dill weed, to taste
8 oz can non-marinated artichoke hearts
2 baguettes crusty bread

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, dill weed, until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut  top edge of bread loaves off, hollow out 1 1/2 inches deep to create  well for  artichoke dip. Spoon  dip evenly into 2 loaves. Sprinkle with  remaining Parmesan cheese.
Place on baking tray, bake at 350 F degrees for 25-30 minutes.
