This great tasting barbecue chicken recipe makes enough for about twelve servings but if you are having a large get-together, you can always double the ingredients to make as much as you need. You can use any kind of chicken and barbecue sauce that you prefer for this recipe. The skin will get nice and charred even in the oven so it will be crispy and delicious.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 3 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Peach Preserves
- 1 clove Garlic
- 12 Chicken Thighs
- Olive Oil For Brushing
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Combine BBQ sauce, peach preserves, garlic, hot sauce in saucepan, heat over medium heat 5-10 minutes.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.
- Roast for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, brush sauce all over thighs. Return to oven for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven, brush on sauce, turn up temperature to 425 degrees.
- Continue roasting 5 – 7 minutes, Remove from oven, let sit for at least 10 minutes.
