This recipe makes enough for four servings but you can double the ingredients if you want more to enjoy the next day. The trick to getting the perfect sear on your meat is to make sure you cook it in a really hot pan so it gets a nice crispy crust to it. This takes about five minutes to prepare and twenty minutes to cook!

  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks
  • Goya Adobo with Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Season beef with adobo on both sides.
  2. Heat butter, oil. Add steaks to pan, cook until browned and medium rare, flipping once, 6 minutes.
  3. Transfer meat to plate.
  4. Lower heat to medium.
  5. Add garlic, cook until light brown, 1 minute. Add parsley, cook 30 seconds.
