This Blue Cheese Stuffed Burger With Fig Jam Was Made For Serious Gourmets & Experienced Grillers Only!

Here's everything you need for these rich and juicy blue cheese and fig jam hamburgers. You need 10 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cooking time for each burger.

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • ½ pound of 85% ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon of Gorgonzola cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fig Jam
  • Lettuce & Tomato slices (optional)

Directions To Follow:

  1. Pat out two ¼ pound patties very thin.
  2. Place the cheese evenly in the middle of one of the patties.
  3. Place the other patty on top of the one with cheese.
  4. Carefully pinch the edges together to enclosed the cheese.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on both sides.
  6. Coat with the fig jam and place on a bun with lettuce and tomato and serve.

Finished!

We really like serving these patties on a toasted hamburger bun and loading them up with a bunch of goodies, but they're great plain as well. You can make them thick or thin, but thinner patties are easier to cook and have even more incredible flavor.

Happy Grilling & Enjoy!
