This Classic Meatloaf Recipe Features A Savory Glaze That Will Leave Everyone Speechless!

Here's everything you need to make this hearty meatloaf. Your baking time may vary depending on the shape and size of the meatloaf or the type of pan you use, so check the temperature to ensure it's fully cooked.

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 carrot, coarsely chopped
  • 1 rib celery, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, coarsely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • hot pepper sauce to taste

Now That You Have All Of Your Tasty Ingredients Together It Is Time To Get Cooking!

This recipe may be for a Classic Meatloaf but the preparation for making one is a lot harder than you might think.

You have to remember that the vegetables have to be cut super thin, the herbs can not be over powering and that glaze has to be poured on just right otherwise your loaf will come out soggy or too chewy.

However; with these simplified directions, I was easily able to follow along and make it exact. The glaze that it is baked with was my favorite part.

You are going to absolutely love this Classic Recipe; there is a good reason this is an All-American Favorite Dinner Time Favorite. I made this recipe twice in one week; that is how good it was.
