There's also plenty of seasoning for enhanced flavor, including tomato sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, sour cream and cottage cheese. One note: while some people prefer to use low-calorie or reduced fat sour cream and cottage cheese in their meals, this is one dish where lower-fat and calorie versions compromise the flavor, so we recommend using the regular kind.
