This Creamy Chicken Pasta Dish Will Be The Best Thing You Have Had In Your Mouth All Week!

With only 10 minutes of prep time and 30 minutes until grub, this is not only one of the easiest gourmet dinners you will ever cook, but it is also one of the most delicious. Cheesy, slightly spicy and exactly what the doctor ordered, you are going to love this amazing dish and want to hang on to this recipe for years to come.

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 zucchini, diced

  • 1 large red pepper, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

  • 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 2 teaspoons parsley

  • 12 ounces linguine, cooked

  • 1⁄2 lb chicken, cooked and cut into bite size pieces

  • 1⁄2 cup 2% low-fat milk

  • 1⁄2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat oil on medium heat, adding diced zucchini, diced red pepper and minced garlic, once oil is hot.
  2. Season with salt and red pepper flakes.
  3. Brown zucchini and red pepper on each side for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Bake chicken in shallow glass dish at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  5. Boil large pot of water, generously adding salt.
  6. Cook pasta to al dente and then drain.
  7. Stir 2% milk into zucchini and red pepper, simmering until reduced to half.
  8. Add chicken and pasta to skillet, stirring well while mixing in 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  9. Sprinkle parsley over top, tossing ingredients together.
