This Dr. Pepper Cake Is Unlike Anything I’ve Ever Baked Before

 

I have always had a glass of soda with a slice of cake but never have I baked a cake with soda as the main ingredient.

This cake is light, refreshing and pretty darn luscious! It’s also quite beautiful to gaze upon.

It’s perfect for an after meal dessert, a sweet snack in front of  the T.V. or even a lovely tea party or book club meeting with you and your best gal pals.

Dr. Pepper or coke can be used in a lot of recipes, especially BBQ sauce! But it is great for baking with as well and it really is tasty inside a cake.

I made this last week and it tasted unbelievable and even had the little bite I was looking for!
