This Easy & Delicious Citrus Inspired Lemon Chicken Is Perfect Your Next Meal This Summer!

This amazing lemon chicken makes enough for about four servings but if you want more, you can always double the ingredients. This recipe uses Splenda instead of regular sugar to make it even healthier.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon  soy sauce
  • 12 ounces chicken breast tenders
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup  soy sauce
  • ¼ cup  chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
  2. 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  3. Add sliced chicken tenders.
  4. Place in refrigerator.
  5. Marinate 10 minutes.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

  1. Combine the next seven ingredients.
  2. Add oil to your frying pan to get it hot.
  3. Then toss in the chicken and allow it to cook placed over medium-high heat about four minutes.
  4. Place the sauce and peppers into the pan.
  5. Allow to cook an additional two minutes until the sauce gets thicker.
