- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 ounces chicken breast tenders
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic,
- 1 tablespoon SPLENDA
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ¼ cup red bell pepper
- ¼ cup green bell pepper
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- Add sliced chicken tenders.
- Place in refrigerator.
- Marinate 10 minutes.
The Additional Directions To Follow:
- Combine the next seven ingredients.
- Add oil to your frying pan to get it hot.
- Then toss in the chicken and allow it to cook placed over medium-high heat about four minutes.
- Place the sauce and peppers into the pan.
- Allow to cook an additional two minutes until the sauce gets thicker.
