140g plain flour (this is about 200ml/7fl oz)

200ml milk

sunflower oil , for cooking
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Put a little sunflower oil in the bottom of pan (2×4 pudding tins or a muffin pan) Place in the oven to heat the oil evenly.
To Make The Batter:
- Mix the flour and eggs until even and smooth. Slowly add in the milk and continue mixing until the batter is mixed well and not lumpy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Put back in the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Just until the puddings have puffed up and browned evenly.

Now you are ready to put your puddings to work with the ingredients that you have chose. You just can't go wrong with these little things.
