This Farmer’s Breakfast Casserole Is So Easy And Incredible, It Will Make Getting Up In The Morning A Breeze!

This recipe makes enough for about eight servings but if you want more, you can just double the ingredients. It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and has to chill overnight, then it takes about forty-five to fifty minutes to bake. You won't want to wait to dig right in!

The Ingredients To Gather:

20 oz plain refrigerated shredded hash browns
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked bacon
¼ cup  green onions
4 eggs
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp  ground black pepper

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

In a 8×8 square pan or 9-10 inch deep dish pie pan, add  shredded potatoes evenly, followed by the cheese. Layer half  bacon,half  onions evenly over top.
Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, onion, garlic, pepper. Whisk to combine well. Pour evenly over the casserole dish. Top with remaining half of the bacon and onions. Cover tightly, chill overnight.
Thirty minutes before baking, take casserole out to room temp. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350F, with rack on lower middle position. Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let rest at room temp for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
